Players in the 3.5 to 4.0 range exhibit the following characteristics as per USA Pickleball guidelines:
- Proficient in executing basic shots such as serves, volleys, dinks, and groundstrokes with moderate consistency and accuracy.
- Demonstrate understanding of court positioning and basic strategies, including shot placement and teamwork.
- Can sustain rallies and engage in structured point play with moderate success.
- Displaying improving footwork and anticipation, enabling them to cover the court effectively.
Class Structure:
- Warm-Up and Dynamic Drills: Begin each session with a comprehensive warm-up routine, followed by dynamic drills targeting specific aspects of pickleball technique and footwork.
- Skill Development Stations: Rotate through skill development stations focusing on different aspects of the game, such as serves, returns, volleys, and dinks, to refine and reinforce key techniques.
- Strategy Sessions: Engage in interactive discussions and demonstrations to explore advanced strategies, shot selection, court positioning, and effective communication with partners.
